Quiet and excellent location close to the town center and easy access to a supermarket and stores. Breakfast with prepackaged pastries and also biscuits.
No elevator at all.

The location was MARVELLOUS, easy walk to Torre Civica Dodecagonale. The room was fairly quiet and unique, with with a large bathroom, a big bathtub plus a queen bed.
There was elevator to be added.

Quadruple room with a queen bed was the best. the venue was in a central location so close to the main square, and the cathedral and part of the historic walled city.

Cozy rooms with a comfy queen bed, spacious bathroom, and a nice big bathtub for relaxing baths 🛁. All this for just US$ 91! the central location is perfect for exploring around here.

The hotel is set in a central area close to the town center, many restaurants, and the old city center of Orvieto. The staff were constantly affable. We really enjoyed rooms with a large bathroom.

Clean - cozy B&B with a lovely rustic charm. The friendly host and her English-speaking son provided great local insights. The location is perfect - just a 2-minute walk off the main drag and a 7-minute stroll to the main cathedral. The mini-fridge in the room was a convenient touch.
Can't recommend highly enough.

The rooms are absolutely charming with unique details, like wooden ceilings and en-suite bathrooms. I felt like I was staying in a cozy, rustic retreat! All the rooms have air conditioning, which was a Godsend during the hot summer nights. I slept like a baby! The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept me entertained during my downtime. It was nice to have some entertainment options in the room. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus. I could easily stay connected and share my adventures with my friends and family back home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the suite I stayed in. I'm a light sleeper, so I could still hear some noise from outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Porta Vivaria B&B in the old city center. the location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the main street and 5 minutes from the Duomo. the B&B is run by a friendly lady and her English-speaking son who provided us with all the necessary information about the accommodation, sightseeing, and restaurant recommendations. the room itself was charming with rustic decor and modern amenities including a mini-fridge, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and heating. the bathroom was clean and well-equipped, even featuring a bathtub. We enjoyed the simple breakfast and loved the rooftop terrace where we could enjoy our meals with a lovely view.
Nothing not to like! 😊

The rooms at this bed and breakfast are super cozy and charming, with unique details and wooden ceilings that give them a warm and homey feel. I love that each room comes with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and free Wi-Fi, making it really convenient for a tech-savvy guest like me. The en suite rooms have everything you need, including free toiletries and a hair dryer, so you don't have to worry about bringing your own.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the suite a bit lacking, as I'm a light sleeper and could hear some noise from outside.

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. The room was cute, comfortable, and clean. The location was perfect, just a short 7-minute stroll from the main cathedral and close to the city center. The host was kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and arranging parking. The breakfast provided was a nice touch, with coffee, bread, and biscuits. we highly recommend this place and its friendly staff.
Nothing, all excellent.
